Ulpan for inner language

Preparing for the learning
Come learn the basics of this language,
and get guidance for your pract
ice in a structured way.

Yemima's method gives us tools to increase our ability to choose and reduce the emotional blockages which make us rigid.
Our perceptions and responses become more confident and flexible, we feel less fragile and more resilient.
In class, we use dictation and journaling to access our inner experience and put an order to it. Making space for quiet inner flow.

I teach the Yemima method for conscious thinking, we learn in a group how to develop inner language that helps us deal with communication or time management or birth. The topics are diverse but the basic ideas are weaved through them all, these are the foundations. Students asked me to give the foundations in one place, and this is why I recorded these five classes that cover the first preparation to the learning, given by Yemima. I hope it can open a window into this method for you as well.  The foundations are a great way to get a toolbox of life nurturing practices whether you learned Yemima before or it is your first time with the material. This language helped me and it is my hope that these videos can support you in finding the language of the heart and help you to just feel better.

I grew up in Jerusalem and currently live in Berkeley, CA.

To Yemima method, I arrived through my grandmother.

Sometimes I feel like she invited me to the table of the wise Jewish women who kept the chain of wisdom alive for all who need it. I want to extend this invitation to others.

I practive Yemima since 2010. In 2018 I started translating and teaching the method in English and I hope it can support many more people in their life journey.
